Compass Place is a condominium complex in Sunnyvale, California, at the intersection of Fair Oaks Avenue and Ahwanee Avenue.  The Homeowners' Association (HOA) for this 240-unit complex was established in 1994.

 

The HOA is named Compass Place and as an owner you're automatically a member.  The HOA board uses Flynn's Business Services to manage our condominium complex.

 

Guests are advised that they should park only in designated Guest spaces.  Vehicles parked in any Guest space for more than ten nights during any six-month period will no longer be considered guests, and will be cited.  Vehicles will be towed on the third citation.
